All orders exceeding $75.00 will not be charged shipping, all orders not exceding this amount will be charged for shipping at time of check out.
RETURN PROCEDURE
UNOPENED Products
Credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges excluded. Must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt.
OPENED Products
Exchange within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. You will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping charges excluded. Must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt. Must be in its original condition accompanied by all the packaging, manuals, and accessories. Some products are excluded from this policy.
Defective Products
Credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt. Must be in its original condition and original box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
UPC Barcode on Product Packaging
Products cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged if the UPC barcode has been removed from the packaging.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after SHIPPED DATE.
- Any items that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap or package.) AFTER 14 DAYS.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Mail Returns
Merchandise purchased on-line through ACT, which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first MUST obtain a Return Merchadise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and handling fee will be assessed.
To obtain a RMA, please e-mail us at Salina@Cellularacc.com.net. An RMA is good for 10 days.
If an item is returned for credit, all relevant free items must also be returned.
Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy.
Please allow 14 days from the time we accept your Return Merchandise for the processing of your return. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
Upon receipt of a RMA number, complete the Return Label located in the back of your original invoice. You must attach completed Return Label on the return merchandise. Original invoice and completed RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM must be accompanied with the return merchandise.
